anyone know how much snow it takes for meadows to open? looks like it is getting up there and still coming down. i have to be in seaside wednesday night and don't see why i shouldnt go to meadows for a few days as well.

I think if this system keeps dumping through Wednesday and if there's another one moving in, then they'll open up. If there isn't one moving in, then it might be another week or so. You been on the website? The tops at 19' right now.

if u look at the signs on the lifts it says 18-+ 2' but as soon as there is coverage it should open

i think with these next 2 storms or so we should get enough to open.. the question is, will the rain after that just melt it all away.. i'm jumping for joy, yet crying at the same time.. if only it would just stay cold the whole time.. arrgghh

snow all week.... my skis are lubed and ready...

i hate to this, but the freezing level on wednesday,thursday, and friday is going to bring over 2' of rain to the cascades.

suggestion: GO HIKE WHILE IT'S STILL GOOD.
