Did the judge even watch the video? How do you justify setting a $40,000 bail for somebody acting in self-defense?

If the justice system was fair, this guy would get off with nothing more than probation. However, since he's black and a repeat offender, he'll probably get multiple years jail time. Fuck the justice system.
