There is so much misplaced fear and anger in those people. It saddens me to think that my parents generation has created this type of social hatred in our country. We have a lot of work to do to get this country back on track.

I am just so depressed watching that. When Obama becomes president he is going to be presiding over a divided and ignorant country. horrible...

Thank you, I personally hate it when I'm associated with people like that. I find it ironic that they gravitate towards McCain, McCain does not represent those kind of people at all. Palin you could make an argument for, but certainly not McCain.

 
Ya, I think you are right about the Palin thing.

It is weird because Mccain is pretty professional and although I won't vote for him, he is intelligent. Those people are just nutjobs.

Nina Williams, a stay-at-home mom in Lake County, Indiana, tells us

that her daughter recently called her from her job at the center, upset

that she had been asked to read a script attacking

Obama for being "dangerously weak on crime," "coddling criminals," and

for voting against "protecting children from danger."

Williams' daughter told her that up to 40 of her co-workers had

refused to read the script, and had left the call center after

supervisors told them that they would have to either read the call or

leave, Williams says. The call center is called Americall, and it's

located in Hobart, IN.

I find it both interesting and disturbing that there is more Obama hate than McCain support at those rallies.
 
it's never been on track. yea its sad that these people can be so ignorant and hateful, but that generation is an improvement over the preceding one, and so on. just the fact that we have women and black people running is such an important improvement and shows that while there are still people like those in the video, our country as a whole is progressing. we wont be getting it back on track, but we can greatly further the progression of it.
