mavericks and scracth fs

i have narrowed down my decision between these two, i will either get the scracth fs 180 with scracth 140 bings or the mavericks with the new line bindings are looks p14's. From the experience of people who have demoed these ski's can you plz tell me what they are like, i.e in the park, all mountain, carving, riding fakie, and do they chatter at high speeds,
