What happened to them? Their first three movies were excelent, but as soon as they stopped calling them Ski Movie (Insert # here) they started going downhill, especially with the release of yearbook. But they used to be so good, I remember watching SM1 over 500 times the year it came out...

He is fully deserving of his place near the top of this list

 
I'm not sure what you want from them. The cinematography on Yearbook was fucking incredible. I understand that you may think the skiing segments have gotten old, but that's where the sport is. Shane is bombing giant cliffs, Seth is doing his thing, the park and backcountry people are tearing it up. Oh wait--did you see Tanner skiing down THE FUCKING MOUNTAIN BACKWARDS?The music wasn't the best but Deadsy's version of Tom Sawyer fucking PWNS. Maybe I'd understand were coming from if you told me WHY you dislike Yearbook. Or maybe you don't even know...

 
Dude, sorry for discovering newschool skiing only 5 years ago. SM1 was still the first new generation ski movie though, and the movie that made the most impact at least to me.

at least yearbook is better than focused. ski movie 3 was the first ski movie i ever bought so i think its the best one.

i thought high society was the best of that crop. focused actually amde me sleep. worst songs ever. yearbook was amazing but didnt have the right feeling for a ski movie. a bit too artsy. it was more about the shot than the skiing

i like all msp movies. i would agree that ski movie 2 is pretty sick, especially cr's segment...i think that's his best segment ever. as for the music, i love the music from all msp's movies, especially focused. i haven't seen yearbook yet, i think i have to order it sometime soon.

Ah man ski movie 2 sucked. The music was the most horrible shit ever. Baby cool your jets! what the fuck was that. Plus it had dean cumings 5 minute part.

^ How can you not like Focused? Seth,CR,Pep,Turpin and Abma all have amazing parts. Focused is one of my favourite movies. I'm never gona stop defending it.
