Massholes and Flashing Headlights

I have a question:

Tonight while driving on the Mass Pike (I-90) people were flashing their headlights like crazy, but not oncoming traffic, passing traffic, just cruising traffic, it was quite irritating and i was wondering if anyone knew if its a Mass thing or its something going on?

I assume its just the Massholes being Massholes

What do you think NS?

inb4 you can't drive (i've been driving for 4 years), too young, teenage drive, driving slow, blah blah i was cruising with traffic at 75 mph
 
Usually if a ton of people are flashing their lights at you, its because you're doing something wrong. We're your lights on?
 
maybe there was a cop ahead and they were telling you to slow down. i dont really understand if they were on your side of the road or not
 
you could be imagining things. sometimes when cars go over bumps it looks like they're flashing but really they're not. happens to me all the time. were you high?
 
if you're being a dickhead and just cruising with traffic while in the left lane, then i would get up your ass and flash my head lights.

but im from new york. we know how to drive here
 
if you werent doing anything wrong then maybe it was the road? was it pretty smooth? because in bumpy areas it could look as if people were flashing their lights, or if theres a cement median that sometimes blocks it for short periods of time and then reappear, making it seem as if they were flashing their lights
 
either you were going to slow in the fast lane

or the cars were hitting bumps in the road causing it to look like they were flashing you

 
they were probably warning you about a speedtrap up ahead,

I always flash when i see a piggy squatting by the road looking for speeders
 
haha or you can just go with the flow of traffic and be a good driver. (always looking in the rear view and making sure no cops coming from behind, and not be the leader or the last in the line when you're in the left lane)
as long as you know how to drive the pike you can get away with speeding everytime. I've driven it into work for three summers everyday and haven't gotten a ticket and don't think I've went the speed limit once. Yes, I'm talking about I90 not 128
 
if everyone on the road is doing the same thing to just you, what do you think is going on you fucking dumb ass? you're obviously doing something wrong even though in your mind you're the best driver on the road so how about you pull your head out of your ass, clean the bullshit out of your mouth and tell us the truth.
 
They weren't just flashing me, they were flashing people of head of me and behind me too, if you could read any of the posts I've made in the thread you might already know that. And I'm not the best driver in the world and my head is not in my ass than you very much. I can guarantee that I was doing nothing wrong though, if keeping with the flow of traffic in the middle lane of a highway is something wrong let me know
 
The pats were killing it last night, duh.

On Veterans day, I was listening to Michael Savage (talk show) and he was having people flash their lights to 'Taps' as he played it. Your experience could be related to something like that.
 
Don't worry, I'm pretty sure massholes are taught in driving school to constantly make illogical decisions and always place themselves and others in as many overly dangerous situations as possible. It's like a cultural thing or something.
 
It is mass, not gonna lie, y'all can't drive. Went into Boston on Saturday, the fast lane and slow lane were both doing about 70 and the middle lane(s) was doing 80, plus, in roundabout (traffic circles) you don't understand the concept of the people in the circle have the right o way
 
we can drive, its just no one else can adjust to our driving standards.

and op, do a light check. Either something was out on your car, one ahead of you...or you were seeing things.

In any case though, 75 on the pike? 80 is the minimum. Even a trooper (sorry, it is MA, a statie or a troopah) will tailgate you until you speed up
