Massacre Not at Buck or Postponed till Later Date?

any of you hear this? doug was in hi tempo today and mentioned that buck may not let 'em have the massacre on the 24/25th cuz there's too many races going on that weekend. they will either have to postpone it or move it to another location. anyone hear anything else??
 
I'm sure that buck knew that there were races, and that there are a lot of people that come to the massacre. They're idiots if they double booked that weekend and had to reschedual MWM.
 
this is absolutly true. talked to doug last night and he said he was going to try Afton this morning and if they didnt let him have it he would go to troll again or spirit. He is hurtin fo sho. Ill call him later and check up on it. Peace.
 
it was at wild like 3 or 4 years ago and they had two jumps in a row on one side and then a double kink and on the left side they had probably 4 or 5 rails, it was pretty sick but you could only hit one rail if you wanted to hit the jumps
 
i think that if wild dedicated sunshine it would be sick. they probably dont have enough snow over there to push around though, but it would be dope!
 
The ONLY good hill for the Massacre at wild is the run "Wild." to the right of chair two looking up the hill. It basically has two platforms and it would make for a rail, big jump option, rail, rail, finishin jump type line. I like that. but I dont know why you dont think trill will go for it dave. they did last year and doug's on pretty good terms with them.

i hope buck sucks it up and puts it on anyways... screw races

Make it a damn true slopestyle, a rail line slopestyle would be lame. At least have one jump.
 
spirit. the jump line is money, and they have plenty of space to put jibs in for a real solid slope style. many options for a slope run.
 
i was at buck today...and i dont know if it means anything it probably dosent...

but behind the terrain park...they have all the massacre stuff there...the giant up down...the trap rail and all...

its still there because they dont feel like moving it twice. from buck to dougs, then from dougs to wherever they plan on having it. its still undetermined from my understanding.

And Bp. as soon as I find out I'll post somethin. Otherwise steve. will be the next closest person to find out, if not before me.

ok. i just got an email from sammy at freshtip and it says that the massacre is going down on march 17 and 18. skiers go on saturday the 17. it is still at buck.
 
that sucks, thats the day me and my friends leave for big sky, i think theyre gona a much smaller turn out now.
 
wow fucking gay, now i cant go, no welch crew at massacre, we gotta film a wedding and featherstones are going to colorado....lame....
 
sounds like a lot of people are outtie. that sucks. I wish a ton more of you could come. o well. Chris its gunna be you me and matt battling it out man! lol jk. im excited tho.
