Does anyone know the penalty if you just get your lisence and you drive one of your friends and they catch you, when your supposed to wait 6 motnhs?
 
you have to wait 6 months after you get your license before you drive your freinds. But you can drive immediate family members. But you wont get caught if you drive your freinds around. they wont catch you.
 
they can't pull you over for soley driving friends. you have to be doing something else, like speeding or having a light out. so don't give them a reason to pull you over, and you won't have a problem with it. I seriously do not know one person who follows that law.
 
um at the beginning of the summer i totaled my car with kids in the car and i got my license suspended for 30 days and cant drive people for another 6 months. but i also got speeding on my ticket, so the 30 days could have been from that. but im pretty sure its 30 days for the JOL ( junior operater license) rule.
 
idk about mass, but i heard only 1 person in the history of ct has gotten a ticket for having ppl in there car when there not allowed too
 
I know in WA, you get a warning the first time usually, and then a ticket, and then you get your license suspended if you get caught again because that would be another ticket and if you get more than two tickets, your license is gone anyway.
