Everybody here is mostly right. The park takes a while to develop, and sadly the Hill doesn't put high priority on the park. The hill lacks a lot of solid snowboarding and skiing talent, and so the "jib park" ends up being smaller features that can be a ton of a fun. The upper park, while limited, was great last year and never touched. Solid jumps and a DFD that couldn't have been better. The problem is with the way the hill faces, the sun never hits the landing of the jump until late afternoon, so you have to be there at the right time to get some really good hits in. The hill builds the jumps pretty solid now, for the first time in a while, but it's a wait for the hill to get to anything that big.
I know it doesn't sound too good with what you've heard, but the people at the hill are great, and if you know what you're dealing with you can have a ton of fun there. It's full of down to earth people, everybody being blue-collar. People like myself are at least trying their best to keep features maintained, and fresh, but it can be an uphill battle. Hopefully I can plug a few good ideas in next year, and be there to build more features.
It's no COP, not even close, but it has a solid pipe (not a superpipe) and some good things to play around on. I've had great days there, just dicking around with friends. Just realize that it's no COP, and make the best of it.
