Yep, gonna miss him competing but also super excited to see his film parts. Also have a lot of respect for him and Torin for deciding to stop competing, considering the consequences of FWT and pipe events.

That'll make for a very interesting FWT season. Stoked to see how Isaac Freeland does.

Freeland is utterly insane, it should be awesome watching him on the FWT.

Something about Markus' attitude and skiing style really reminds me of Shane McConkey. He would have been super stoked on this segment.

Ahh could be true then, in his dew tour fall right before he blew up the announcers were saying how he wanted to transfer to slopestyle which probably jinxed him. I wanna see him podium at X one more time, landing his run with dub 12, left 10 and landing the switch dub 10 hes been trying to do in his run, then the two flat spins, but absolutely understand why he would just stop after that fall. Hes overcome so much in his career, earned my respect as perhaps my favorite skier, to the likes of Dumont, without being a douche too.

Damn, definitely my favorite fwt athlete to watch last year. Got nothing but mad respect for him, the tour can’t be easy on your body, So mad props for quoting while he’s ahead, he’s a really solid all around skier, pretty amped on his film parts, if that’s the direction he goes. Also the tour is gonna be mad this year, freshman class has some serious talent, and Thall is gonna stomp a dub.
