Marker bindings

i have the marker freeride 1200's, and they work fine, they release when they are supposed to and don't pre-release, i can't twist out of them just standing on the ground like i used to with my salomons...

i used to have a lot of problems with my markers. That was when they were set at like 3. I havent had any problems since i tightened them.

Rossi/Look turntables are the safest most effective binding on the market as far as price goes they are fairly similar, being that they are the exact same thing Rossi owns Look as well as Dynastar and a few other alpine related co.'s

i hate it when people say ' i hate ________ bindings, i have broken 2 pairs'. you probably had the cheapest binding made by that company, which is ment for old ladys who barily make it over 10 mph. if you guys actually took the time to do a little research, you would relize that every company makes some dam good bindings, if you get the right ones. if you truly beat the fuck out of your skis and bindings, i would suggest getting the comp 1800's by marker. most shops dont carry them, but if you can find them, buy them. they have a solid metal heelcup that it milled from a block of metal, the toe lugs have teeth to keep you in better, and a din of 8-18. if they can hold up on the world cup circut, they will hold up for you.

Definettly, most manufacturers have a decent binding in their line, most people are not willing to pay for that kind of quality, everyone wants a deal... I definetly don't like Tyrolia though...

Marker 1200ti PC= my favorite and most-recommended binding right now.

markers are good for 1 season, but after that they are crap. i have had way to many bad crashes just because of a random pre release. i have scratch 140s now and they are the shit - no problems

Yo markers are awsome bindings... just make sure you buy a decent one. And about them lasting only one season, turn the din down to 0 in the summer give the spring a break. It will make sure that it doesn't expand and then give out all the time the next season. Happened to a girl on my team... she left the din up in the summer and the first few weeks her bindings kept coming off and she learnt her lesson.

I ride on old markers, there ok. But my brakes r so tight together, they cant pop down, i have to kick really hard with my ski boot. I would say markers are very very resistant. Its been two years ive been kicking them and they work just fine.

 
i ahve the best binding made by rossi for freeride and have broken them 3 times soo who ever said that i had the wrong bindings is doesnt know shit....

old markers are good new ones suck unless its race stock. the toe piece has this shitty upward release crap. i have foud them to not be consistent like i dont know when i am just going to come out of em.
