Let's try to revive this regional a bit.

Post updates to the parks, conditions, edits, pictures or whatever you're stoked on from this season in the maritimes here!

Let's see if we can get this rolling and active again!

Well, I'll post a few shots from the end of last season. Meanwhile, St. John's is rainy and windy with a few patches of ice here and there. The park at White Hills is pretty good, but other than that Eastern Newfoundland is not the place to be right now.

It's dumping at Marble though by all reports, and it sounds like the Maritimes has gotten a similar gift of snow.

Here are a couple of edits from the last year's pre-season. Shot in Jordan Condon's woods in Gnarnia (Bonshaw, PEI).

This year Marble's park is hurting. I was involved in building a very nice set of features for the Jibfest snowboard contest though, which is more of a hike park and will be on the go for the rest of the season I'd imagine. As of now, I'd say Marble has some of the best snow in the country, so get at it! Also White Hills in Clarenville has quite a decent park so a Newfoundland tour would never go astray! Lots of urban options in Corner Brook, Clarenville and St. John's too.

Can almost say the same for Brookvale. I believe the park finally opened tonight but we've had a tiny temporary park on the main run since opening day so we can't really complain. Also have the biggest jump I've ever seen at Brookvale as well. Lip to sweet spot is about 40 feet.

Nice! You in st johns? Idk if you remember but we lapped together a few times at marble a few seasons ago with evan brake and dicks, my buddy I was with is out at MUN now and has nobody to ski with so hit him up he's always down for urban or whatever.

Wentworths park was closed and buried when i was there , but the trees are in epic condition! So much snow and can take it big off the cliffs. Seriously the most snow ive ever seen in wentworth.

and wow 40 jump in pei who wouldve ever thought, guess with all that snow you guys could probably have an 80 lol

Yeah, we got seriously shit on by snow. It's insane. A week later and the whole island is still digging out. Grade schools were closed all week.

Yeah I remember when you guys came to Marble! I'm living in St. John's now. What's your buddy's name? I'd rather have a buried park than not have the snow! I'd love to visit Brookvale for a few days if I could. There's a slopestyle comp happening at White Hills March 27-28. Holler if you're coming up for that!

It was pretty good this year. Imo it's been better. We've got lots of rails and not a lot of space to put them hahaha.
