I smoked week for about 7 years I don't think its that bad of a drug. I've smoked prolly 5 times in the last 4 years. It's just not somthing I want to do anymore It's really expensive unless your dealing or growing and I'd rather spend money on other shit. I have friends who smoke all day and live in the basement of their moms house at 24 years old, working at pizza restraunts. I also know professional people with careers that smoke alot. Smoking weed doesn't make you lazy it just makes you relax. You can let it get out of hand like anything else and be high everyday I did it for a long time and I'm well enough. I don't know what im getting at other than people are way to obessed about weed, talking about it like its the savior of mankind or the downfall of mankind. It's just not that big of a deal

I smoke pot as much as possible and do everything on it that I would do normally not being high, its all in your head so if your mentally weak person then there aint shit you can do about it, although my memory has went away a lot and other few minor setbacks hehe

it's cool you smoke bud, however an 8th a day is a waste of money, unless you're thinkin the more you smoke the cooler you get. i could get high all day long off of 2 bowls, it's all how you smoke your shit. however, think about what else do you spend your money on, besides weed? is it worth being able to say 'i smoke an 8th a day' and be broke? unless you're making an easy $50 each day, seems like such a waste jsut to claim some status of pot smokerness in your own head that no one cares about but you.

personally i like how pot is illegal. it's hard ot get a hold of (not really, but harder than in a store). it costs a shitload, which helps people not consume as much as they want. look at the positive reason for why pot is illegal. i can't think of many positive reason for it to be legal. please express your opinion.

it would reduce tax money being spent on incarcerating people for bullshit crimes. not to mention the tax money it will bring in. good pot (and i mean heddie dank shit) will be cheaper, and there will be less brick weed. it will cost less which would mean that people would be able to bake ganja foods, which is the safest way to get high because there in physical harm done to the body when you eat it. it is proven that the only physical harm done to the body by pot is lung pollution, so if you could eat it, there are no negative sides to it being legalized. i could go on for pages, these are just a few of the reasons.

sorry man...i don't feel you really proved a valid point. people locked in jail are locked in jail for a reason, as of present, weed is illegal. that's like saying everyone should be able to lgiht off 'illegal' fireworks without getting a ticket.

i wouldn't want my kids to be able to eat weed food. in fact i would be more than willing to fork over some cash to prevent my kids from expiriencing weed until they were mature enough to handle it. how is no physical harm done to you from getting high, doesn't it affect your brain when you're high, yes. smoke is not the only harmful thing it does to your body.

and taxes can be lower by many other ways, reducing drug control is just one that concerns people who use drugs. peopl who are straight believe in drug control, because they don't need drugs.

so give me some more reasons, seeing as how you could go on for pages. and make them valid man. why would legalizing weed be good for our economy? i understand it would be good for pot smokers, but at the same time, kids gettign weed tickets is good for our cities (which helps everyone who lives in it). there are always two sides to an argument.

Your totally stupid if you think people skip pot. There are some outliers where people do skip it, but most smoke pot, and then progress. It may not be the gateway... but it usually is a start.

Weed also helps with headaches and migranes. Now i dont know about the fuckin moron who smokes an OUNCE ALL BY HIMSELF, but im not a rich mofo but i can still afford it. Weed entertains u for a couple hours. For the same price you could buy a 20$ bottle of liquor or you can buy 1-2 grams approx. (depending on your area) and just chill with ur friends, and have fun with some chicks. Seriously, the government just doesn't want weed to b illegal and neither do the major drgu dealers because they probably all have a connection anyways. If weed becomes illegal, prices will plumet. Think about it, they want that shit to stay illegal, and i believe there are plenty of politicians in there pockets to keep it that way.

ive never smoked or anything and i also have no clue about what im talking about, but heres what i think. the actual weed (thc or somin, i donno) isnt bad for you but the smoke is horrible for you. have you ever seen the lung of a heavy smoker, its all covered in black shit and that cant be good. i think weed should be legalized if there were another way of taking it in (not a shot or anything) but like eating it or some shit, i donno, that probably wouldnt help either but w/e

i have to disagree with ^ on that one, cause pot's been around just as long as tobacco.

and phatz; if you have children, they are going to become curious about pot at around the same age whether it's legal or not. so wouldn't you rather the government at least try to put age restrictions on it to make it harder for them to get it? and then once they realize that they like pot, wouldn't you rather them be able to afford to bake it into foods and not destroy their lungs? and pot is definately a gateway drug. there isn't a person here who wasn't introduced into harder drugs by somebody other than their 'dealer', 'friend', etc that they were getting pot off of occasionally. if the government would legalize pot it would help their 'war on drugs' because they would be able to make the consequences for other drugs more harsh. i believe that anybody that is caught with enough crack, coke, or heroin to be convicted with intent to sell should recieve a life prison sentence. for example: if a drug dealer gets caught with one kilo of heroin, how many people do you think will overdose from it? i garauntee you it will be more than one person. so that drug dealer should either be locked up for attempted murder, or murder of the third degree. but our government can't make laws like that now because it would be a contradiction on their part to increase all drug laws except for marijuana.
