do people think that the world is becoming more relaxed to marijuana? i was just at a tom petty concert and could smell pot all night. the lady next to me was smoking, i saw 4 other people just around me smoking, and i think tom was blazing on stage. so people got yelled at and kicked out, but on stage in front of so many thousands of people and no one really cared. im sure this happens at lots of concerts, but i was suprised cuz most of the people were in there 40's

Smoking at concerts is a whole other world. The world of concerts has a whole other set of rules. A different constitution really. Bitches blunts and booze are all part of the concert.

I've seen cops take it and throw it out. I've only seen one person arrested at a concert, and that was for acid or some shit and getting in a fight. Note that I've been to over 50 concerts*

so i need to know how many people have to be at this concert to make it legal. more than a small concert of like 20, a thousand would you say?

I was at an indoor concert for all ages and kids didn't get in trouble for lighting up in the crowd. There were only about 40 people there.

Yes, when I saw Van Halen, pretty much everyone was just getting anihilated, I think even the usher was smoking.... and most of these people were in thur 40s too.

at 930 in DC, they are ultra-strict with pot and underage drinking...they'll throw you out and sometimes call the cops on you..

Yeah especially jam band type shows smokings a given dude. The last phish show I went to there was not a single person in the crowd in my sight that wasn't smoking up.

 
Ya, the last phish show I went to, I think I was the only one at the show that wasn't smoking. Granted, I was probably high by the end of the show anyways. hell, I could hardly see the stage through the smoke and the dirt comin off the hippies.

ya i would assume everyone would be stoned at phish, i saw some people trippin out and they wouldnt stand still the whole concert, they just kept movin, im gussin speed. but i really wanna do this, i dont go to very many big concerts that are chill, i mean no ones smokes at a death cab concert at a christian college.....

at the widespered panic concert in jackson hole last night every one was smoking pot and eating marshmellos full of acid. it was one of the best concerts in jackson i think but damn lot of hippies smokin bud and chillin out

oooh dude i had tickets but i couldnt go, sounds like the show was great though...

but yeah last summer they brought a drug-sniffing dog through the crowd at a Dead concert I was at...it didnt smell a thing, and everyone around me had weed on them, including a guy who had joints in his dreadlocks. Must have been a retarded drug dog or something

yea..i usually go to the meadows and the cops dont care..usually 20,000 go ot the concerts for the good bands including when i saw tom petty last week..have u never been to a concert especially outdoor venue?

i was at a ghostface killa concert and the big buff security man cam over (im like barley 5 feet) and he acted all big and tuff and was like "im gonna take that " and he took my whole blunt i just got it sparked
