Schizophrenia? That reminds me of an article on weed in a recent Rolling Stone. Our current drug czar and the biggest douche in the universe, John Walters, keeps on spouting bullshit about how it can lead to schizophrenia, suicide, and other ridiculous nonsense. Also he keeps on insisting that the government's all-out war on weed is working, because weed is a gateway drug. Doesn't anyone bother to think about the types of people who do things? I could say "statistics show that listening to Britney Spears leads to menstruation and the formation of mammary glands." Just because the majority of britney spears fans are young girls. Well, that doesn't mean theres a connection.

What I'm trying to say, is weed isn't the reason people do hard drugs, get depressed, or whatever. They'd do that anyways without it. But people who are predisposed to trying hard drugs or being depressed are more likely to try weed. They'd get depressed or do coke if weed didn't exist.

I agree. All you have to do is use a bit of logic... but governments aren't for promoting logical ideas... half of the laws make no sense... I think that in montana or wyoming LOLIPOPS are banned... you can go to jail for having one....
