Marble Conditions??

So I have a reading break in a week here and I was just wondering first hand from a newschooler how the conditions at Marble are atm. I already have my plane tickets and shit so I'm gonna be riding there like the ~15th to the ~18th of February. Is there any powder and how is the park lookin. I checked the site but I'm thinkin I may get a clearer answer from a newschoooller.
 
thanksss, im amped about the powder now, since i live in NS and mostly ski martock I'm pretty powder deprived haha
 
powder is good in places as Jodi said. I'm probably going to the tablelands (backcountry) the weekend after this one which should be sick. I posted another thread in here somewhere with pics and vid of the park at Marble. Theres also loads of urban to hit in Corner Brook, but most of it will take some shovelling cause there is a lot of snow here. There are also tons of little hikeable nooks and lines of powder around here.
 
fuck i cant wait to get there now, its sooo ill cuz my grandparents live in pasadena so its sooo close to marble and shit. amppppedddd
 
Best day I had up there in 4 years today! we got 30cm overnight and the pillow lines in the woods were waist deep. It was one of those super hero days when you could charge anything. As long as we dont get rain in the next while then it should be some of the best conditions in years
 
word, yesterday was sick. Too bad I had to teach for half the day. Morning sweep on Autobahn with patrol was dope though.

o shittty, I am having a hard time waiting to ski there till this weekend, you must be dying comapred to me
 
so the powder today wasn't too bad, i had a blassstttt, two days of riding left and more snow on the wayy. the park is a bit iffy, the jumps for the rails seem really skiiny sometimes and such. still a good timeee for sure.
 
^ actually the park is the best its been in a couple of years. Yes we know it still falls well short of most parks. Basically you don't ride marble for the park.
 
hahah yah i went to the park like 3 times today and that was all, everything else was deff the goods. I'd say if the jumps for the rails and boxes were wider shit would be even better in the park. The jumps on the right side are ill tho for sure.
 
naww I've got some old T-hall's, black pants and a green helly hansen coat....giro g10 helmet and spy soldier goggles. most of the time today I was on ....Musgrave i think its called
 
ahh ok, I wasn't there today, took a trip to the tablelands and built a little backcountry hit with some friends. Tomorrow I think we're going to do some urban.
 
o ok thats sickk, I'll be at marble tomorrow and the day after, I already have my passes and shit and i hear there's more snow comin, should be the goods

yeah i skied marble sat and sunday, conditions were amazing. the park has definitely stepped it up from previous years.

 
Yeah, the park is the best I've ever seen it, Marble is having a great year all 'round. I usually wear black instructor pants and a white, blue and brown camo Oakley jacket when not instructing. I have brown Fischer addicts, a bad lieut helmet with stickers all over it and anon figment goggles.
