i drink sugar free rockstars, and 48oz is the equivalent to two cups of coffee. i drink one at about 8am, and one at about 7pm, cause i hit the gym at 10pm, and without it, id fall asleep on the treadmill.
dude, same. i had one last night at 8, and was going to go to the gym, but ended up watching 300 and going to bed. i had no problem falling right to sleep.
im calling bullshit. there is something else that caused it, i have been to motocross races where they give red bull out free and consumed MORE than 8 in 5 hours, and been perfectly fine. he had some type of heart condition or something...
not the same situation, but this is another good reason not to mix liqour and energy drinks. i've heard of people dying from those drinks. i'll do jager bombs once in a while, but rarely.
i don't drink energy drinks in general. too expensive and unless i am active i usually don't feel much from them.
i just tried that sugar free stuff. i get that sugar-free feeling/taste in my mouth, which i dont really like. its just missing that generic really sugary taste, but i guess its better without the sugar... utilises more of the fatty acids in your bloodstream
you should see what i posted on the first page...it's along those same lines. The whole red bull being a stimulant and alcohol being a depressant really really fucks you up if you drink too much.
yeah at the projekt revolution concert in syracuse they were giving out free monster. i had 6 monsters, 1 red bull, 2 vaults, and a Coke and a half. but i still fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow
