Mammoth Stomping Grounds

Has anyone paid for the air bag at Mammoth Mountain? I'm heading up in a few weeks and want to hit it to try a backflip. It costs $5 for one hit or $20 all day but if it is so crowded that you sit around for hours and can only get 3 hits in then its not worth it to get the all day pass.

Any reviews or experiences with it? Im pretty pumped about trying it

i did it on a saturday...

there were virtually no lines to hit it - i got so many i quit at least an hour before the lifts closed (granted i got it for 1/2 price so i didnt care nearly as much)

its a pretty sweet setup, just wish the lip was bigger bc you really have to huck your shit for dubs

regular backflips will be fine though
