Next year I'm going to be an LA resident (going to school at USC).

Simply put, how can I avoid paying $975 for a mammoth pass? That is just a silly amount of money.

Give me your advices.

i may be wrong........but doesnt mammoth have some cheap ass pass for college students?? like 99 dollars or something? at least they used to.

mammoth got bought by interwest or what ever and now they are really gay about who they let get passes so id call or check the web site or something

i think you have to be a member of their MVP club to get a discounted rate--but i think last year was the last time they accepted new members.

argh...2 of my friends have MVP club passes. Can I buy passes through them or something?

This is frustrating.

i think you have to go up on like the first of april or sumthing and buy it... but you do know how long of a drive it is right??? usually 6 hours or so if you go from usc. i would think about getting a bear or high pass you can get one to high for 250 if you buy it early!

okay, people at usc...

attention ABEK and FREEZED

i live in burbank. i go to mammoth every single weekend and to mtn high/big bear a few days a week.

we better be getting together. i'm always down to drive if you chip in for gas.

Next year Mammoth is going to have a 'Silver' pass for $535 if you are 18 when you buy it. It isn't good MLK weekend, Prez weekend or New Years.

We are going to try to get Mammoth to bring back a student pass now that MVP is over. You could also teach lessons for 7 days and get a free pass (plus pay)

buy one on the value week at the end of this season. theyre way cheaper. i got one and im stoked on getting it. cuz u pay it off in about a week or so since tickets are so expensive. ill try to get some dates for the value week. but they sell out quick they only do about 300 passes so you gotta hurry. o ya and no blackout dates on it
