abek can claim, bc he isnt a weekend warrior, hes in school the rest of the time full time at USC for ENGINEERING you should be thankful he skis period with that type of shit driving 5 hours up and back every weekend...

I should be so dedicated? How about moving 3500 miles to live here 12 months a year and ski everyday you fuck. I dont give a fuck where he goes to school or what for, he doesnt live here or ski here everyday hes should not be claiming mammoth, until he proves to me otherwise hes just like every other FOOL from LA that comes up on the weekends.Great he'll be an engineer, good for him I'll have been skiing 200+ days every year hes in school, and when hes out working as an engineer you kow what i'll be doing? Living in Mammoth skiing 200+ days a year, and when he can retire and enjoy himself I'll STILL be skiing 200+ days a year..... Suck a dick buddy. Everybody wants to be part of something sick, but Im sorry unless your livin it everyday.. your not part of a mother fucking thing except the heard of LA sheep all trying to get some of what we have.
 
Ive lived in Park City for 5 years and nothing is going to be it. You have three hills just in Park City with the Canyons being by far the best. Don't miss Snobasin or Solitude they are unbeatable if the weather is on your side. You will get more vertical at Snobasin than anywhere in the west.

Mammoth's snow is wet and heavy and you get people from LA that put chains on a 4 wheel drive when there is a light dusting.

Park City's atmosphere is canning. Just make sure you bring a flask to the bars because all you get is one shot and when the bouncer asks if you have a membership just say yes with confidence.

I dont know when you last skied Mammoth, Ive been here 5 years and normally it never very cold, but the last two seasons have been VERY cold and the snow was amazing.
 
Go to mammoth because it is sick as fuck and if you want you can stop at tahoe for a day or so. Its a 2 1/2 hour drive from tahoe to mammoth.
 
yeah we stayed with you, i work for rom. anyway, yeah i only skied mammoth 43 days last year but it's as much as i could, i was there thanksgiving,christmas, and spring break plus every weekend i could. if i could ski everyday i would, but i can't so i'm making due with what i'm given. plus i work full time to pay for school and rent in the crappiest city ever created. unlike most of the people here (at usc) i am paying my own way through school so i'm pretty busy.
 
Hah, I dont live were you stayed I was just there alot, but no offense to you personally with that long post up there I just think its fucked up that someone told ME im not dedicated, and Like I said until you proved me otherwise (working for ROM) youd be like everyone else in LA

dont get me wrong, mammoth is unbelievable, but you have so many mountains in summit county rather than two in crowley lake.

p.c. has alta, snowbird, brighton, solitude, snowbasin, deer valley, the canyons and park city. mammoth has mammoth and june. you can get killer parks either place, and good snow at either place.

both have sweet towns to kick it in on the down time, so basically its where youd rather drive/fly. slc is only a half hour from the mountains and you can fly right in to there, and if you get there early enough most mountains around the area offer a free ticket for the day if you bring your plane ticket from the same day. sick!
 
ok im bringing this thread back

so ive calculated today.

in january it is either pc or mammoth. im definetly pushing towards pc because it just looks fun. and plus omg! mfm totally snowboards there!!!11 but really ok..

for both mountains:

driving is $120 one way so between 2 people thats $60 x2 for both ways thats back to 120$

so tickets are around $400 (including tax) for 6 days

and $100..for entertainment

so that comes out to like $640 a person?

we wont eat much so we'll bring food from home

this isnt including a place to stay..

does anyone have place that we could stay at? for a week..there would be 2 of us and it might go up to 5. its 4 girls and 1 boy max (maybe just 2 girls) and we're all pretty cool so..that would be helpful? we can throw in a bit of rent to.. we'll like sleep on the floor or something we just need a nice, un-scary, place to crash at.

and crossing the border.. if a kid has an N are they super strict with rules like if there is too many people? im pretty sure they would be strict but if one claims to be a sibling. cause your allowed 1 blood relative and one more passanger, would they ask for id or something?

it would be nice if you guys gave me some input. thanks! :)
 
Hennie (aka bob_dole) would probably let you stay at his place, but his rent would be a bit different from any sort of money...and you'd need to have that guy with you.
 
ya im up for selling my friends for sexual favors if thats what your getting at..i'll throw in the guy too? if this hennie kid likes that sort of thing
 
hey nevermind! theres like 8-10 of us coming now i think haha, we're just gona stay in a hotel.
