Mammoth next year

do you guys think it will be anywhere near as good as this year? i'm moving up there in october, so i'm just wondering. hopefully it will be, but usually the snow is pretty killer anyways.

 
i dont think youll ever have to worry about mammoth being bad. it usually never is. i wouldnt worry. this year its been pretty awesome though

 
you gotta follow the law of opposites. this year was dope, next year will suck. this year whistler didnt have shit for snow, next year theyll be buried.

Who knows, but I don't think it will top this year... this was like a record-breaking year. But Mammoth is always reliable for decent snow. I hope it's good next year too because I have a season pass

 
Historically,

Mammoth's season should suck next year as far as snowfall is concerned. It sounds like a lot of the talent is going to be moving on next year as well.

If you check their snofall accumulation chart on their site, it shows that after every really big year, the next year was down a lot from average.

 
sean, just curious– what are you gonna be doing up there? do you have a job lined up? I've been toying with the idea of bumming for a season in Mammoth for years now but never have been able to pull the trigger... I'll probably just be cruisin up most weekends next yr...

 
i'm hoping to get a job as a liftie and live in the staff housing. i'l be poor as hell, but i'll get to ski everyday. sounds like the good life to me.

 
Thats the life ^, Weather is so damn random the only real thing we can say is it's cold in the winter and warm in the summer just gonna have to wait and find out. Hopefully it will be another good year , id give another fingertip for a good pow year.

hahaha are you kidding me? giving someone advice is telling them they are a fucking moron? you are fucking rediculous man. i made this thread to get some advice, and get some help, and it would be cool of you to help me out. it's good to know that i'm not going ski a lot if i'm a liftie. i heard that you get like two hour ski breaks and shit like that. being a jackass isn't a good way to help out.
