MAMMOTH CONDITIONS??!????

Hey i'm still fiending and debating on heading down to Mammoth for one last day of riding. Anybody know what the deal is of late? Do they still have park features or a pipe? Their website isn't updated...thanks homies

today was super nice,

spring pipe is on the upper mountain with flat and shark fin boxes next to a good sized table up there too, main park is still open with 4 jumps, ranging from 20-50ish, 2 down rails, planter box, flat box c box and deck rail,

its definitely worth coming
 
^ dude ur so lucky- u musta been out there for mad long, i was as fortunate w/ the $ to make the trip, its on for next spring though

There are 2 jumps about 50 foot, 1 or 2 about 30-40, 1 maybe a little bigger than 50, 2 flatbox, 1 cheesewede wallride box thing, 2 downrail, deckrail, up down box, big battleship box, and spring pipe set up. also, a little rail spine thing. and like 3 more 20 footers.

It's all slushy and fun = no hurting when you fall.

dont listen to will, he doesnt know what he's talking about. mammoth is crap. bomb holes in every landing, the lips are super rutted and awful, and everyone that skis there is a douche. at least thats what im telling myself since i got home, fuck....
 
bro just come out trust me even tough i have to spend like 80 bucks on gas each way i still go bro its the best the sickest and the best
 
i dont live in mammoth anymore. i go to school in santa barbara which is even more expensive than mammoth. i get up there usually every other week for 3-4 days
 
hell yea thanks for the info ya'll. I made it down for a day and It was way better that I thought. Their remaining jumps/rails are sick....way worth the trip....I'm going back before they close!!!! You all rule!
 
I went there on sunday and got checked once. What a waste of dollars.

On the other hand, it was completely worth it. Their money booter is absolutely awesome around noon, before it gets too slow.

Plus the scene is poppin with guys throwin down from all over the tahoe area. Really fun skiing.
 
mammoth lifties get an extra $20 in thier paycheck for everyone they catch without a ticket. they'll make you stand there and wait for a supervisor to come. try to run, and you'll be hunted down. some lifties are chill and could give less of a fuck, but some are poor as hell and are out to catch your ass.

just a little FWI....
 
they told us at liftie training not to accuse anyone of using someone elses pass unless it's obvious (say you had a seniors pass).
