mammoth apartments for the season? where the hell are they? anyone done a season there before? where can i find affordable housing close to the slopes for me and a friend?
 
as of right now, if you haven't already found something, i'm afraid you may be shit outta luck. there's always employee housing, but that's something like 600 a month to share an apartment with 6 dudes. if you can find another person to live with you, i suggest checking out bigwood condos. i lived there last year with 2 buddies, and paid 400 a month. had my own floor as well.
 
not really sure, my friend got it locked down before i cruised down there. but the dude you want to talk to is Armeni, don't know his last name, but look up bigwood condos and you'll find a number for him.
 
but in all seriousness, a place in june wouldn't be half bad either. i skied there 5 out of 7 days a week. mammoth gets ridiculous on the weekends, all the l.a. fucks invade, so that's a good time to hit up june. it's a way chiller vibe too.
 
ya if you havent found something by now your pretty screwed unless you got a big crew together that can throw down for a house rental
 
looking to spend up to 1000 a month on a place for two or maybe 3 of us, realistic in mammoth or not? anybody know anymore specific places to check on?
 
if you all dont mind living together in a small ass one room studio which no one would rent to 3 people in the first place
