Making snow at Killington

^I know right, I'm just gonna plan on goin this sunday and I guess i'll just hike it if they aren't open.
 
^ thats what im doing. if they dont open i'm bringing my shovel and building something up top
 
yeah, it says high of 36 and 20% chance of rain tuesday, but other than that it looks cold enough to blow all week. I hope they man up and just open this weekend.

killington used to have way more game about opening early.
 
they were just testing the system out today, there not starting to blow the base, seeing as the warmer weather and rain coming. At the earliest they will open this sunday. (blowing straight through from wed pm - sun) I wouldn't plan your saturday around killy.
 
i heard they were opening the 11th, but i ve also heard the 5th. at this rate im thinkin the 11th sounds more realistic, but i really wanna go skiing on sunday
 
i hiked up conclusion this afternoon, came down at 4, and i didnt see any so guns, check the noaa site, its definately going to warm up
 
just so you guys know...this is directly from the source.

"Right now, we're turing the guns on early Thursday morning. From there on out, we'll see how snowmaking production goes as we head to an opening. But as of now, don't bet on Tuesday, more than likely later in the week." (next week)
 
^ sounds like it.

theres a rain storm coming in from the west which will hit most of northern ny and vt. then it'll get alot colder (At least thats what theyre calling for) and then the snow guns will be a blazin!!!
