Making small file vids???

Ok, i've got adobe premiere 6.5 and I can't export small files.

I've got a 1min 23s video that is 18megs.

Only way I can get is smaller is Realmedia.

No idea how to get it to convert to wmv...

Anyone?

It's something like this, file - export timeline - Advanced windows media. then you can pick the kbps. just export it at different settings, 700 is pretty good quality
