what is the best way to make a cheap lightweight rail to jib? any ideas?

go to the hardware store, supplies are cheap, if you look.

you could us pvc pipe and nail it on to a bord then put the board on a platform pr join build a jib 101 cult

go to home depot and ask them, they will tell you what is good, me and my friend are using pvc pipe for one and probably some other stuff for a box
