Making boots stiffer?

Currently skiing hawx ultra 120s with expert booster straps but I've been collapsing the shells when I'm charging through chop. Would getting the World Cup booster help with this at all? Only other think I could think of is a stiffer liner but I don't really wanna do that as the fit is pretty dialed.

Outside of a ID wrap liner or the new boosters, not much you can do. Other than jerry rigging your own set of rivits on the spine, thus killing the walk mode.

If you have "normal" Ultras, you can put in the top screw in the Power Shift. That will help give you a little more support.

If you go with a beefier liner (Power Wrap or Zip Fit) that will also help give the lower shell some more stability.

That's a pretty soft boot. If you already have two bolts in it and a booster strap I don't think upgrading the booster strap will do much. Try sewing the two inner booster straps together like the world cup one. I wouldn't bother buying new straps. Are you using the booster straps under the cuff or over the cuff?

Already got two screws. I was running the booster under for a while but I was having a lot of pain and circulation issues that way so I switched to over.

For the price of a zipfit liner you can probably find a pair of RS130's or something similar.
