make it long as possible or make two so you can slant them and make flat down up down and such

12ft is really shor especially since winter is coming along, i'd say atleast 20.

i built one that was 1 1/2 by 15 and it was good to practice spins on to just make it like 3 feet high atleast so u can practice spinning off it

3 ft is not the best hieght for a backyard rail. one must take into acount there genitles.
