Making a beer pong table

I'm in the process of making a beer pong table but i'm having trouble making stencils for the paint job. Its a Purdue theme so i want to paint Purdue's log on it but i don't know the best way to blow it up and print it so i don't have to paint free hand. Has anyone done this before? Which program should I use? Any tips are appreciated
 
use paint. That'll tile the image on a pieces of paper when you print them.

Putting more than minimal effort into a beer pong table is usually kinda lame.
