alright, i kno nothin of ski equipment, there are no shops near me, wheres a good site for buying ski's, and finding what size to get

background info: i skiied as a kid, i snowboarded and skateboarded for 5 and 3 years respectively. I now rollerblade but its too awkward a transition this year so im gonna start skiing again
 
thx y'all, so whats like a size comparison to your height, im sure it depends on "what feels good" but wats an average

im 5'10 (146 pounds if it means ne thin)

size 11 shoe
 
with that height I recommend anything between 170 and 180. Go towards the higher end if you're a good skier, and more towards 170 if you're sort of a beginner.
 
hmmm...i like untracked.com like a lot...the people are nice to deal with and th prices are damn near unbeatable...but of course you should always buy local when u can afford it
 
just do but from getboards i ordered a pair of wisdoms almost 2 weeks ago. last week i call and they lost my order and did not call back to get my address to send the goggles out. they suck. do not buy from them.
 
Yikes, I've never had a problem with them, but if theyre that shady then yeah id check other places beforehand.
