Magnus 102 vs Vishnu Wide+

Replacing my destroyed poachers with one of the two mentioned skis. I have a pretty good idea on what the magnus feels like because I demoed a pair a while ago but I know next to nothing about the wide+. I've skied normal on people's normal vishnus and found them way to soft for how I ski, but I like the rocker profile of them.

I weigh 186lbs/84kg if that matters

I would go for the magnus for durability. But I would also suggest the faction prodigy 2.0 because of the stiff flex and 98mm waist, it also has quite a bit of rocker

Fast and loose around the mountain. I ride a lot of rails but still like to rip 3s n 5s on the xl jumps from time to time.

Detune makes the Magnus real loose, not a lot of edge hold. Jeff 102 or Prodigy 2.0 would be perfect I think

Not the recent factions. The 2020 and 2021 have better durability

That's what I've heard. I haven't tried the new ones but my 2019s weren't the best for durability

that actually makes so much sense because my jeff 108s turn like a dream but my magnus 90s don’t really like turns

My decision will come down to how good the Vishnu graphics are lol. Also very intrigued by their new ski.

Right now I'm going for the meeks edgeless version of the magnus.
