Magic lantern bit rate settings

I have been expirimenting with some of the different bit rate settings in magic lantern on my t2i. I was wondering if any of you have a solid setting that doesn't feed the information to the card too fast? +k for answers.

from what i've read/heard/experienced, the ML bitrates do little to nothing positive to the actual image. Just leave it at default

this is sort of true, the real answer is it just makes the files bigger. So essentially it definitely COULD do something positive to the image, but it doesn't mean that it will.

Yes but without a better codec, the image wont improve. h264 @ 24mbps is the best you're gonna get, pumping it up to 50mbps isn't going to make it any better.

This. There's really no point to it and most SD cards can't even handle pushing the bit-rate. It's not even worth it to buy an SD card that can. Like eheath said, it's not going to make it any better.
