Magic j

Thinking about buying a pair of magic js in 190s for when I ski out west. My question is would this be a good powder ski but could still handle soft groomers? I normally ski bowls and cliffs out west I'm 5ft 10in and 140lbs.

I'm currently on jj 2.0s in 185s and love them but I wanted something chargier so is the magic j a good choice?

id 100% stay with the jjs. the magics are basically a powder specific ski. the jjs on the other hand can handle almost anything you thrown at them.

If you're looking to stay in the Armada Deepest series I'd think the Norwalk is going to be the chargier out of that selection. The Invictus 108 is worth a look as well if you don't mind a directional ski.

Thanks for the suggestion I looked into Both but I like more of a twin tip ski and I heard the magic j is stiffer than the jj

I have skied both the 185 JJ and the 190 Magic J and the Magic is wayyyyy stiffer and more stable than the JJ

Buy mine ;)

I'll get ya pics later today

Sweet was looking at yours im going to sell some of my old quiver first going to narrow it down. Probably going to sell jjs and kye 120s.

Also do these work on soft groomers or not?

wait for next years ARV 116 that is replacing the JJ... it rips everywhere on everything!

Think I'm going with the magic js thanks for the suggestion I love the jjs but I need a stiffer platform and i wanted a little wider it seems the arv 116 is still going to be similar to the jjs flex

Magic J 100%. skied half my season on them (20 days), in every condition but ice. They are hoenstly more versitile than the JJ 2.0

ARV 116 is def stiffer than the jj... and for the record: magic j is my favorite ski, I ski it in the park and everywhere on the mtn but most people say its too wide for park and groomers
