has any one skied them how are they in the park are they anygood or just good for bakcountry are they really stiff or what

 
The 189s are much better for big mtn shearly due to their size, the 179s are a good all round ski. Both can still lay a nice arc down on the groomer. Flex wise, they're fairly soft, but that allows em to float in the pow, like the seth pistols they're stiff underfoot and soft in tip and tail.

the demesions are really big and the ski is soft i rode the 179 and i thought that the pistol was much nicer for every thing work well in powder
