Made New Name but Email wont come..

I made a new SN thing for this forum..CaptainHardcore, but the email isnt coming in and i did it at least 4-6 hours ago. I have been able to receive other emails recently that have just come in. Im wondering if I maybe put in the wrong email or if it just hasnt gone out yet? Help?
