Made my own Banshee Bungee

For 50 bucks instead of the normal like 250 I've got a pretty kick ass Bungee. Havent tried it out yet because of the warm winds that wiped out all the snow.

pretty dope. I've seen a couple guys on here who have done that. I'd be curious to see how well it works for you.

sick but i don't think you will have a lot of speed. I dont think it has as much stretch as the actual bungee has with. it is just as strong though and prolly wont snap as easily as a banshee bungee. nice work!

Buy this (http://www.amazon.com/T-W-Evans-Cordage-SC-308-050-50-Feet/dp/B00DKA4UPI/ref=sr_1_9?s=hi&ie=UTF8&qid=1415821193&sr=1-9.

You can do a 3 strand braid (learn from your sister or lady friend), a paracord weave that is incredibly strong and will never snap (http://www.instructables.com/id/Paracord-Weaves/) or whatever braid you feel like doing. I'm planning on making a new on this season so I may post a video or DIY later on in the year.

That's exactly what I bought except 100ft which was $47and I cut it into 3 33ft prices and braided it and its 28ft long now.

nice. hows the tension on it with the 3 strand braid?

The longer the better 👌

not really, when that thing stretches youre gonna need a lot of room for an in run. youre not gonna be gaining anything from that extra length id suggest you cut it down to 20 feet like the normal bungees

no, you just tie it up closer to your anchor point. it is true, the longer the better

Where did you get the bungee? Can you just buy that? and you obviously juts braided it yourself...

I think some other people have used surgical tubing

I tried it using that article about how to make your own. It didn't work. Not enough tension. If you're gonna make your own bungee make sure that you have thick or tense bungee or else it won't work
