getting kicked out might have also had something to do with the fact that my friend has a big ass truck that we couldnt find a space for, so we parked it in the fire lane for like an hour. he also has a set of train horns on his truck with an endless compressor, yeah, we layed on the horn for about 3 minutes coming out of home depot.

d-loc, we used a countersink bit. it drills the hole for you while making another hole as big as the screw head in the wood. it kind of creates a crater that the screw head goes into so the top of the lexan is above the screw

yeah the lexan is at home depot, and its the only thing we actually payed for. the wood we got from a construction site. we just bought a 2 feet by 4 feet piece of lexan and cut it in half. but lexan isnt cheap for a 2'x4' piece its like 45 bucks

we really didnt have to stop at 8 feet, but this box is built with beginners in mind. (not me, but the 2 kids i built it with, they just started trying boxes and rails)

heres our box, its only liek 12 ft i think. we didnt pay for anything except some liquid nails which you can tell didnt work. the topsheet we took from place that makes hot tubs. 2x4s form construction site.
