i got new skis and the man suggested tyrolia mad flex's for me cand there all metal and they wont brake...dose anyone know anything about these cause i just went by his word

Tyrolia is horrible quality, just as bad as Marker since they sold out years ago. Go back and get Look bindings and return those mother fukers.

^ Not true at all. Tyrolia Mad Flex bindings are pretty tight. I've had the Mad Flex 9 for two seasons now, and they have NEVER once released when I didn't want them to.

you guys are wrong. tyrolias high end stuff is tight. they have a heel peice that pivots side to side. kinda like the lines. theyre stuff is nice. not sure about that binging, but all head/tyrolias stuff is prettymuch bombproff.

Is the free flex system (with that metal plate thing they have) heavier than look p12/rossi power120 bindings????

I ask cause if i was to get Head Mad Trix, most likely id b recommended to mount them with the tyrolia free flex binding, and im wondering which option would save weight, and not compromise park/pipe performance.

The weights are very close, and yes I have owned and skiied both. The Mad Flex is a great choice. The pivot release has saved my ankles a few times when I bet the Looks would not have.

Well Tim, remember when I proposed the nose manual butter things? They released right away then. But that could just be your Forward Pressure. But I'm not sure if they were the Tyrolia's or not...

Seriously dude if you could ride maybe 3 nights a week we would take over the mountain as the best skiers there. As for the water thing, they tried that with me. I said 'Oh no its just water, I don't pay for water.' The lady looked back and goes, '...ohhhhh'

Haha. Sometimes it's free, sometimes it's 25 cents, and sometimes its 50 cents. Depends on who's at the register. Man, 3 nights a week would be amazing. And then I usually ride on the weekends too. I don't know though man, Shane is pretty good.
