Well ive been looking at getting a macbook for some time now since my pc went kaputskey. Ive heard that the new macbooks are coming out on the 14th, and i was just wondering if anyone knew what the new ones might look like.

I think i read on mac rumors that they are going to look more like the pro with the aluminum body, but i could be wrong
 
Get 6" diamater metal pipe. Now Ram it into your anus and run around with a silly hat. That's how it feels to have a Macbook. Exactly how it feels.

Pro's might be alright, but after my 'incident' with a G4 I usually just avoid macs
 
i definitely wouldn't get an air and a pro is to expensive for me (i'm 14) but i got a middle model white macbook and it's great, but depending on how much music you have you might wanna dish out a couple more hundred for a larger hard drive
 
I dont have a macbook(just a crappy ol hp) but my mom has the macbook pro, and its incredibly awesome. Macs are the sweet and way more user friendly then hps. You should just spend some time down at your apple store and mess around them and ask alot of questions.

About the new Macbook, I dont know anything really about how its suppose to look. Search the internet, im sure theres some stuff on it already.
 
. i'm the exact same story only not 14. the classic mac book is most durable and its worth it to get a bigger hard drive....
 
I have a macbookpro, and I feel it's a huge step up from the macbook. Of course it has it's disadvantages, but I feel a fast microsoft computer will be a much better deal for your money. Macbooks don't really have good video cards, like the pro does, as well as other things. Unless you really like the Leopard user interface, there arent a whole lot of reasons to buy one over a much faster, much cheaper microsoft.
 
the macbook's been plenty fast for me, i have about 120 apps, 160 gigs of stuff on it (hence the bigger hard drive comment) and it's run perfectly, through aperture, lightroom, photoshops cs3 and cs4...i havn't done any video editing however other than imovie, so i can't talk about that without making stuff up...
