Macbook Burning Cd

I got a macbook pro and whenever i insert a blank cd it just makes some noises and spits em back out after 20 seconds. it reads dvds and cds fine but doesnt recognize blank cd's. anyone else have this hapen to their mbp?

I would say take it into apple. I have a Blackbook, and I have never had that issue.

I have not had that happen, and, sorry, I am not extremely computer literate so I don't have a suggestion to fix it. But, I have not had that happen.

its 2 and a half years old. its never done this before i think i mite just take it into the apple store and hope they fix it

Just go to apple if nothing works. After like 4 times of iPod Messing up they haven't checked warranty and i get replacements
