Ok, I have Windows Media Player on my mac and it works fine, but for some reason, my web-browser won't play .wmv files. I downloaded flip4mac, but it just fucked up my quicktime! anyone else have this problem? what did you do?

you either have to be more specific about screwing up your quicktime, or you could just delete quicktime (which is really a pointless program) and download VLC player. if you don't want to do that, you could just delete quicktime and try downloading it again, and then doing the same thign for flip4mac.

but i'd probly download vlc. such a sick program.

Yeah.. the first time I downloaded flip4mac, it messed it up..that was a few months ago.. but then I got a new macbook pro, and downloaded it again, and now it works. So i don't know what to tell you. try again maybe? who knows..

Well, now my Quicktime won't play .mov files unless they are in a web-browser, and even then, they don't have any sound. So here's my next question, does this VLC Player play .wmv?.mov? .avi?
