Mac pro question

I've been trying to put my mac pro to sleep, but it keeps turning back on

I put it to sleep, then about 20-30 mins later, it simply turns back on, thus making my utilities bill more expensive, ideas?

just shut it off, even less power being used, and mac pros start up in like 3 seconds.

i would, but final cut takes ages to open and i kind of edit little bits one at a time throughout the day when i have time
