Mac cant load pics

My macbook wont load any pictures or images except ones on google images,evogear,and wikipedia once i have clicked on them does anyone know the reason for this?

Sounds like you some how installed one of those programs that is meant to speed up your internet by blocking images except on preferred sites.
Or... you need to upgrade something.
