so i have seen every one of his movies and think they are all amazing. this looks like it will not dissapoint. I know alot of people hate his films but i think we can all agree this new one looks sweet.

but I think we can all agree this new one looks sweet

False.

As I see it, it will be another dissapointing horror film where they build up the "bad guy" or "creature" or whatever it is, and you never actually see it in the film. This is totally M. Night's style, and if you think it's going to change in this film, you're wrong.

"The Village" had to be the worst thriller or even worst movie i've ever seen in my life. in fact the only movie i like by him was the sixth sense, and that was because i was like 10 seeing a pg-13 movie. but i'll probably see his new one just to check it out.

signs was to predictable

the village was just bad

unbreakable i dont remember much

the sixth sense i saw when i was in like 3rd or 4th grade so it was cool at the time

well I haven't seen any of his movies except the village, but that was pretty bad.

guy is a super at a small motel complex thing. he finds a sprite in the water and is like trying to get her home or something and things are trying to kill her or something. that was prob really hard to read

I liked unbreakable, and signs. I think Lady in the Water looks good too. But i will have to find out.

no, jackass. if you actually looked at the site it tells you the names of the creatures, good and bad, the whole synopsis of the film (it's a little deeper than you assume), and how they went about making the creatures; which ones were cgi, puppets, etc and how they look. it's prob really hard for you to read. anything.

so many people hate his movies, but i don't see why. they aren't exactly blood and gore thrillers, but every single movie of his has a message at the end. i love it. he sets an ominous tone to the movie to get people to come and see it, and then gives them something to walk away with.

i'll definitely be seeing this new one, the preview looks great.

Unbreakable was number two to Sixth Sense in my opinion...a damn close second.

Signs was lame and The Village I called the twist 15 minutes in...

This will be the tell tale M.Night movie for me, make him or break him.

The villafe was fucking retarted. They told you that the monsters werent real before it was even over. And that monster chasing the girl in slowmotion had to be the funniest thing i have ever seen.

well i just saw the lady in the water.

being an M.Night fan, even i can say that this movie was one of his worst. I quite enjoyed the village...it is one of my top 30 picks. But.

the lady in the water was alright. it didn't do much for me. the manner in which the story unfolds is tedious. not slow, just tedious. repetitive.

damn thats dissapointing. i will still go see it but that kind of sucks. i had high excpectations for it. and since you like the village and seem reasonable your opinon is probaly right. its getting a lot of negative reviews too which fucking sucks.

apparently lady in the water is supposed to suck balls

it's a FAIRY TALE that he tried to make look scary

i think the movie was pretty good, but definately not worth seeing in the theater.. more of a 'i'm bored at 2 in the morning and nothing else is on' movie. typical m. night style. builds you up with the movie trailers on TV and lots of hype, and it's not what it seems at all. there were also lots of cheesy moments in the movie.. things that kind of annoyed, not added to the story.

m. night works with lots of foreshadowing in his movies and if you learn his style, pay attention in the beginning of the movie, and try to guess the ending, it makes it more enjoyable to watch. i dunno at least it did for me. i had the entire ending figured out within the first 30 minutes or so, but that's also what made it kind of annoying. who knows.. see it if you're into his style, but if not then it'll be just another lame movie to you.

What did you figure out, it was straight forward, nymph comes, talks with guy, other people help her get home, end of story...

I liked this one, but hated all his others except for 6th Sense, I guess I like a movie with a cool backstory, and the waterworld was cool, wish they developed it more

i mean i figured out which people were what roles. guardian, healer, etc. the way he presented the characters in the beginning gave it away, which is kinda what i liked because he gave you an opportunity to figure it out right away, but if you weren't paying attention you could have gone through the whole movie without knowing what was going to happen and been surprised. i dunno if that makes any sense or not, but oh well. i kinda liked the movie overall.

I agree. These movies always seem to have the potential to be developped more. Like Sign's, what happens after with the aliens. Do they come back, what happens. It was not a bad movie, but it was a little long at times. Had great moments, like when the movie critic gets killed. He was such a shitbag, i was soo happy when he got killed.

saw it. it was overwhlemingly cliche trying to be original... if that makes sense. i wouldnt say it was good, but i was a little itresting.

i think his movies are cool. not great. but way fun to watch. he picks good actors usually. they are just fun. i like how he always has himself in the movie.

are you retarded due the village was dope... although you could only get excited from watchign it once though still a good movie, i've seen it a couple times... but the lady in the water looks kinda retarded if you ask me.

liked all his movies, village was amazing- saw lady in the water sunday night and i liked it. i think i'd like it even more if i saw it a second time. lots of humour in this one, not something found in his other films.
