yay. another fine. i just got caught with some coffee brandy and got a 200$ fine..and i have a OUI which im still paying for. being an alcoholic BLOWS.
 
george bush is an alcoholic apparently even though he hasent had a drink in like 15 years or so.

i mean who cares id rather be liver than have one anyways
 
not really its just minor in possession, there just very annoiying, they usualy go away when you turn 18 if your not already over 18 when you get it
 
It just detracts from a ton of shit. It delays your liscense, makes it harder to get a job, and makes getting in trouble with the cops much easier if they do look up your name. You get to go to court, and do community service and stuff. It's a blast.
 
thats waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay beter than work crew or basic skills classes (4 hour class 2 times a week for a month)learning the appropriate way to talk to some one. Its pretty much like learning how to breathe
 
i am sick of these boohoo i just got in trouble threads. i drank and smoked weed and shit when i was under 18, you really just have to not be stupid enough to get caught.

Ok so i just typed a really long thing then the fucking page went back ahhhh. Anyways got pulled over today for rolling a stop sign. The officer is about to let me off with a warning when he notices a vodka bottle on the floor in the backseats(thank you dumbass friends). There was a tad bit left in it and therefore i get an m.i.p. I claim its not my bottle and that i stopped drinking this winter cause i got alcohol poisoning(cool story bro). Anyway the friends that left it there are chipping in a bit of money for the fine. Now the fine goes from 100 to 300. I have no record except maybe for some theft 2 years ago. I know im getting 20 hours community service but im trying to keep the fine low. Basically im going to go to court claim it was my bottle and no one else was drinking. Then i expect a ("you claimed you didnt drink"). Anyone have any advice on how to keep the fine low?

I wasnt actually drinking, it was my girlfriends bottle but it was in my car this morning when i got pulled over
 
Ive got a story to cheer you up.
I just got an MIP, was on a graduation trip with some friends 15 of us at a buds beach house. After 3 days of straight drinking the last night i passed out with my girlfriend at like 11. cops showed up at 2, woke me up, watched me put my pants on, then breathalized us all. I blew a .03, hadnt hhad anything to drink for probably 4 ours. Shitty right, it gets worse. My girlfriend is 17, fortunetaly she wasnt drinking that night. Weeeellllll they charged her anyway and since shes underage it was put on the kid whose house it was. he went to jail.
 
who cares about the search bar just make your own thread if you want advice, I didnt read what you wrote but when I got mine I just set up a face to face meeting with the prosecutor and lied/minimalized my involvement. I got my fine cut in half and didn't have to do the year of probo
