I was dubious of the PU... and then I bought a pair of the 108's. It's the best ~108 ski I've ever been on, and I've skied quite a few pairs of skis.
Op, Dynastar makes some seriously great skis, you can't go wrong with a pair. The 108 is heavy, but it does not feel cumbersome. It's incredibly easy to swing around, it has a very loose, pivot happy shape. When things get chopped up, that ski just wants to blast through, bounce, carve, whatever you want it to do. That PU in the layup makes for one of the smoothest rides.
I skied around 16" of good VT powder on them a week or so ago. As the mountain got skied up, I kept having more and more fun, it's uncanny how great that ski is.
Obviously I can't say enough for the M-Free 108.
