Lyndon State College

Is there anyone here who goes/went here that has any first hand knowledge about it I'm looking to apply here but all I've heard it's pretty bad things about it aside from the fact you can ski almost everyday

What's the schools/dorms like

Party scene if any like

The skiing

What's the education/ majors like (seeing its not hard to get into)

Some similar colleges

had a friend go freshman year and now wants nothing to do with that school

if you wanna go to school in Vermont check out the schools in Burlington: UVM, Champlain College or maybe Burlington College if you don't mind a really small school

or you could come out west and ski some real shit ;)

Pretty much all the Vermont state colleges suck, but Lyndon is especially terrible and the worst. I spent my freshman year at Johnson State and talked to a few kids who were transfers from there.

Heres the basic rundown:

The campus is very isolated. Kids there call the food schwag, because some nights it will make you shit liquid and feel like you're dying. Its got a 99.3% acceptance rate. If you dont have a car or know someone who does, you are either stuck on campus or have to haul your ass 2 miles down a mountain into the one horse town of Lyndonville to catch a shuttle to Burke Mountain. Also the showers never run hot and there was a black mold infestation in one of the dorms last year.

Steer well clear of Lyndon State.
