my dad has been diagnosed with lukemia and he has a 25% chance of survival so just have him in ur prayers

sorry, but i just think its really stupid that theres over 30 views on this, and only 3 replies? Come on guys, show your support for this guy, a fellow skiier, probly a really cool person. i hope he makes it through, like someone said there are some amaizing recovery stories, best of luck.
 
ya, medicine is amazing now a days. i would say that most of the battle is in the head. like my grandma died of a brain tumor and my aunt had breast cancer so ive seen it all. but that sucks. i can't imagine what it must be like to have that happen to your dad
 
ya it is really hard to deal with, it is one thing to think about it but when i see him it is a whole nother story, he has lost a good 60 pounds, i feel so bad for him especially since he retired about 7 months before he started getting sick
 
im sure everyone here has him in his prayers my friend. tell your dad that people all over the country have him in their prayers
 
ill pray for him, im totally know what your going through, last june my father was diagnosed with brain cancer and he too had a pretty low chance for survival, but here we are in march, and hes still kickin it, fightin away, we even got him skiing this winter after being paralized on the left side for about a month, the new medicine's and technology that the medical industry has come out with are amazing, and im sure your father will fight it fine.
 
wow, im sorry dude, my grandma and my aunt died of ovarian cancer and my grandpa died of lung cancer so i know how you feel, he will be in my thoughts
