strapped for cash and need a new board, are the ltd sentry or ltd peak ok boards?? anything better for the price?? i can get em for like $160 on ebay
 
LTD had a decent team a while back and even though they aren't as popular as they used to be, they're still manufactured at the Elan factory, which manufactures about 80% of all boards in the snow industry. Elan's freestyle brand, Artec, actually got 2 boards in the Transworld Top 10 this year and there have been tons of good reviews about their other boards. I demoed an Artec a while back, rode amazingly. I would have gotten one if I wasn't so stoked on Rome's line for this year.

Do NOT get an LTD board. Jesus. They are a shitty SPortMart brand along with Firefly and Type A. You can get way better on eBay. Check our M3 (now M4) boards like the Convoy or the Discord.
 
man, your comparing $200 limited boards to like $800 rome and elan boards. thats hardly a just comparison. if I were this guy, I'd invest in something a little more quality that LTD.
