i preordered mine and everything a month or two ago and when i was done it said your purchase is complete or w.e but i never got a thank you email from the company saying thanks for buying our shit and whenever i buy something from online i always get an email from the company so did that happen to anyone else or what does that mean? does it mean my order never really happened?
